Meet the Founder
Jamie Lieberg is a Montana local, born and raised in Havre, who brought that same small-town work ethic with him to the Seattle area, where he spent a year and a half working directly on construction cleaning crews β rough cleans on framed-out custom homes, final cleans before closing, and everything in between. Across that time, one thing stood out: the jobs consistently earned the highest client ratings on the crew, project after project.
That track record is the foundation Bridger is built on. Jamie set out to build a company around a simple standard: quality over quantity, every time. Fewer jobs done exceptionally well beats a packed schedule of rushed ones β and that mindset carries into how Bridger books, staffs, and shows up to every site.
It also means never coasting. Jamie treats every project as a step toward the next one β building the kind of reputation, referrals, and repeat business that come from a job done right, not just a job done.
Why "Bridger"
The Bridger Mountains frame the valley this business calls home. The name is a nod to Southwest Montana β the region we serve, and the standard we hold ourselves to: solid, dependable, and built to last.
What We Believe
Quality Over Quantity
We'd rather do fewer jobs at a genuinely excellent standard than fill a calendar with rushed ones. Every site gets the same level of attention.
Always Working Toward the Next Job
Every project is treated as the reason the next referral comes in β no coasting, no cutting corners once trust is already earned.
Specialization Beats Generalization
A company that only cleans construction sites gets better at it than one that treats it as an add-on. That's the entire premise of Bridger.
Montana Roots
Born and raised in Havre, with hands-on experience earned in the Seattle area β Jamie brought that work ethic home to Bozeman, where Bridger operates today.
What we don't do: residential housekeeping, recurring maid service, or occupied-home cleaning. If it's not a construction site or a remodel, it's not a fit for us β and that's by design.
